Well of course I don't think there should be a watershed on Twitter, but I think we need to be aware of minors that we allow to follow. That sounds terrible from a girl who drank in pubs from the age of 14, but older and wiser and now a mummy I tend to be a "not on my watch kinda gal".
Being as I present myself as a QPR fan, I tend to get excited at finding new QPR followers, and I have ended up with some teenage followers. That leaves me with the dilemma of not being able to be completely me in the adult form, worrying what impression I might leave. After all I'm allowed to be an adult right? Surely I've earned the right at the age of *coughs*!
Anyhow, I would like to think it is down to all of us making judgement calls and if necessary blocking youngsters if we are going to be allowed free reign to be ourselves, particularly if we can be a bit um sweary or contraversial?
I believe twitter has to be pretty much self policing, lets all be responsible! End of sermon, but still um scratching head!
Thanks for listening!
